I suggested him to use neck support and he did. He said that he feels much better with that neck support.

I browsed the internet to find more information about neck pain because I was so curious. Beside, I don’t want to experience the same thing because I am still young and I have many things to do. It seems that most neck pain has a postural or mechanical basis. Well I think I need to use posture support so I can keep my posture well. Beside, proper posture can prevents back pain. Some resources say that poor posture such as sitting, standing, or lying down makes the back more vulnerable to injuries and back pain. When you have a back pain then you will need back pain treatment as soon as you can. Well, I think I have to keep my proper posture and start taking a good care of my self.
